What players have of to do is to think of a word that begins with 'ex' and replace those two letters with the letters 'eggs', because they both sound very simular (although not quite identucal).
For instance, you could have of the words: eggspert; eggstract; eggscellent; eggstension; and eggstra.
(But not the words: nig-nog or honkytonk) 
You could even utilise these new words in complete sentences, for instance: I eatened an eggstra biscuit whilst nobody was looking.
