Hitch Hiker

Post by Runaway » Tue May 12, 2020 12:39 am

We picked up a hitch-hiker this morning.
Seemed like a nice guy.

After a while he asked if we weren't afraid he might be a serial killer?

I told him that the chances of three serial killers being in the same vehicle were extremely unlikely...

If he hints that he might be a serial killer then he has put a notion to you that he might well be. At best he would just be socially awkward, but no person of a sound stable mind would risk saying such a thing that would have of them ejected from the vehicle. And remember, serial killers are often socially awkward too

So the odds on him actually being one has sharply increased regardless of the astronomical odds that there’d now be three serial killers in the car, odds that you may have of actually beaten :smartarse:

I see.

An excellent analysis, thank you. :thumbu:

Anyway, it doesn’t matter now cos he had to go into the ground like all the others...

In France maybe. Bunch of soft lily-livered brioche-eating Sancerre guzzlers.
