Boris has been absolutely useless in this pandemick. I believe that Cummins is substantially telling the truth, as we've all had to put more elevated with this total incompetance.

Yes I'm inclined to believe that Cummings is telling (mostly) the truth. Maybe with a few minor embellishments because I don't totally trust him, he looks sneaky.

They were all running about like headless chickings at the get-go. And it went downhill from there.
